Back Ordering:
If a product is backordered it could take from one to two weeks to fulfill the order. If the backordered product will take more than three weeks to fulfill,  you will have the option of a refund. 

We will try to contact you if a product you order is on backorder status but due to the volume of business this is not always possible.

HandCraftedCollectibles offers a 7 day money back guarantee on all  sales. Further, we also guarantee that your product will arrive undamaged. If you are unhappy with the product you can send it back to WWW.HandCraftedCollectibles.com. You must pay the shipping charges of sending the product back. You will then be refunded the purchase price less a 25% restocking fee. The Shipping and Handling costs, if any, will not be refunded, only the price you paid for the product less 25% restocking fee. A. Yes. They both share the same PayPal shopping cart. Shop two webs sites with one checkout. Each of the two web sites have a different style of sterling silver jewelry.

Q. Are your websites Green or practicing any type of recycling program?

A. We do have a recycle program. We like the following quote: "WE have not inherited the earth from our fathers. We are borrowing it from our children." (Native American Proverb). We follow the three R's principle. Reduce, Reuse and Recycle. We've reduce the Styrofoam packing peanuts by reusing the packing label paper to pad our shipping envelopes. We reuse paper for scratch paper and finally we participate in our cities recycle program for whatever is left over. We also whenever possible resuse the small zip lock baggies that we ship our jewelry in.
